Qualifying Level: Level 4 (Grade 12)
Guidelines :: Student must compete and win 1 st, 2nd, or 3rd place in at least one of the Face It Athletics Family Field Day Event. Student must complete a scholarship application before receiving their competition placement notification. Essay (100 - 500 words) stating the student's need for the scholarship must accompany the application. Student must be a senior in a Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, Okeechobee or Martin County High School.
